    The theme is REALLY beautiful, however... we are having EXTENSIVE difficulties with basic things and my last support question has remained unanswered for 2 MONTHS!!! 

    At times we have received great support and help, so before I start posting 1 star ratings and discussing all the problems we have been having, can you pretty please give us some serious support once again. 

    Given the extent of problems even with the basic setup, I would like to invest in someone installing the theme please, just as it is in the demo. Can you provide someone who is familiar with the theme for this commission?


    I'm on the multipage version. I would also like to ensure Visual Composer is updated if required since the bundled package doesn't specify whether the updates are included.

    Hi Pete,

    In here is the first your ticket, we don't provide support in old forums, so it's the reason you don't get answer. But 2 months is very long time and we always provide support in each week from Monday to Friday. Maybe you can provide the support topic in old forum with 2 months? I will check it and handle the supporter.

    The package always include the changeslog.txt file, you don't see it?

    You can download visual composer in attached file and update it with my guides:

    This sentence doesn't make sense, could you please explain it...

    I'm not sure what aspect of my question the video is addressing? Is it purely a way to update the Visual Composer? If so, what is the EPIC theme update, it looks like a different layout/theme to Storm. So I am hesitant to complete the task.

    I also do not understand what the "changeslog.txt file" is about. Could you please explain this...

    Finally, I can imagine these questions are probably the last thing either of us want to deal with, hence my request for a 3rd party to help me install it. We have encountered so many bugs and even after previous support help from you guys [which solved situations] the problems reoccured. 

    So are you able to install the theme for me [cost involved please] or recommend a supplier who specialises with your theme. I'm busy and this is not my area of expertise. I had someone focused on it, but with the poor support, they got overly frustrated and now I'm left trying to deal with it. 

    I really do love this theme, but I don't want to have to spend such time in a support forum : )

    1. Maybe you can provide the link to the topic with 2 months not get any response like your reported.

    2. It's similar, the different now you just need change the storm-old instead epic-old. The steps similar.

    3. Please download full package, it will include the changeslog.txt file with all updated details. You can check it to know what we do in new update.
