2. Sorry, I had mistake when think it's the sonorama wordpress version, but the custom style still similar, but the path to add custom css is: sonorama -> css -> main.css, please put it in the end of the file. Please clear caches and cookies then check it again.

It didn't worked, but I did a little change and it did!
In order to know what to fix it for the next time,
in the file "mail.php" the line
$headers .= "Content-Type: text/html; charset=ISO-8859-7" . "\r\n";
must be changed to :
$headers .= "Content-Type: text/html; charset=utf-8" . "\r\n";
