I am having an issue with the contact form. The URL I have added to related URL's is where this is happening. If you navigate down to contact us section, the form itself does not seem to be sending an email. I have checked settings under WP Admin -- Storm Options -- Contact/Footer Options and no matter what email address I input, the email never arrives even though upon form fill out it states that the email has been sent. What could be the issue? Thanks!
Seems no problem with our code or functions PHP in your hosting provider but this issue maybe by the configurate in your hosting.
Some case the email will go to the email box in Cpanel or they had block function send email PHP, please contact hosting provider and try get help from them.
You can check my screenshots, the source code still work good with status 200, but seems the hosting provider block or there is spam filter, so the email can't send to your email.
I just spoke to support again and when the email is submitted via the form, it isn't even showing up in their logs. Indicating that the form isn't even sending an email. I see your screenshot, but is there anything else we can do? I even installed SMTP plugin to try it that way.
Hi, it is under the same URL with the same logins that I have provided with earlier. Once in WP Admin - Contact --> Contact Forms and the form is: [contact-form-7 id="1027" title="Contact form 1"] .
Since this is a live site, I didn't add it to the live version yet. But, to see styling or when fixed, it should be on: Pages --> All Pages --> Contact Us, and towards the bottom of Visual Composer it should replace the current "Contact Form".
thank you so much, it works great! Do you think on mobile it'd be possible to add some padding between boxes and submit buttons? I attached a screenshot.

Hi,
I think you can try with contact form 7 and SMTP to instead of the default contact form. In my demo it's work good for me.

One little thing I just noticed. On mobile, the Menu button that expands the navigation is black, could you change that to white?
After that, everything is great!
Hi,
Please add the css code in the path: Appearance -> Theme Editor -> Style.css, please put it in the end of the file:
