Hello I just recently purchased the theme but after installing all the needed files (followed the YouTube video) I saw that there was various things that weren't working making the site look very off.
After looking at possible reasons I saw that I have the latest version which is Wordpress 4.6.1 but the theme is only compatible for 4.5.X.
Is there a possible update that can be made ASAP this is for a client and didn't think the theme would not be this incompatible.
Attached is what I see when I set it to "Home Page Soon" the theme states that theirs a WPBakery 4.12.1 update. Dont know if this also has to do with the issue. The site is also not view able from the public so please let me know if you require the login information.
The muziq theme still work good in latest version of WordPress. Please provide wplogin and ftp information via private reply so I will check it.
Please take some screenshots to help me know what's happen in your site. Just the screenshot of Home Page Soon don't help me know what going on. I think the reason because you don't setup the image in slider option in Home Page Soon.

Please clear your cache before check it. Also, the media player will hide something in mobile device, it's the default design. I can't adjust it
