Hi,

I purchased your beautiful Elixir theme, I installed it on www.mihosushi.it, and I need this changes:

1) On footer put this:

Miho Sushi - Tavernerio (Co) - PI: 08819380968 - Site proudly made by <a href="http://www.alexanderson.biz">AA Communication</a>

2) On Reservations:

Change "Book a table" with "Prenota il tuo tavolo"

Change "Contact details" with "Dettagli di contatto"

Change "Make reservation" with "Fai la prenotazione"

3) On Contact:

Change "Name" with "Nome"

Change "Subject" with "Oggetto"

Change "Message" with "Messaggio"

Change "Submit" with "Invia"

4) Fix Location

5) On Menu, eliminate the line in the middle of the buttons
