Now need to create a new page and set as HOME, go to Pages > Add new, enter the title "Home" and select "Home Page" on the Template dropdown menu (at right column of the page) and Publish.
When I create a new page and try to select Home Page from the drop down menu in WordPress it is not an option.

Just choose Page Photo Slider then setup the slider image in slider option.
