Menu Child Items missing in Wordpress

    Hi,

    I have gone into my menu(child) page and all my VC elements have disappeared.

    None of my menu items are visible on Wordpress however the menu is still on the site itself which is odd. I can't even click on the Visual or Text tabs in Wordpress as they too have disappeared. Would you know why this is?

    Hi,

    I think the problem because the theme version is outdated in your website. You will need update theme version and visual composer plugin to make it work correct in your website.

    Check the update instruction here: Theme And Plugin Update. You can update the visual composer only. If you update the theme, I'm afraid some custom in your website will lose.

    Thanks for the reply!

    Before I upload a new version of VC would it break the styling etc that I worked on and would I loose the custom VC elements that came with the theme?

    Hi,

    You will need backup your website before do anything. The custom style will lose if you not save it. If your custom style come from theme file and you just update visual composer, it not impact anything in theme file.

    The custom VC elements include in our theme not lose because it's include in our theme.
