Seems no problem with our code or functions PHP in your hosting provider but this issue maybe by the configurate in your hosting.
Some case the email will go to the email box in Cpanel or they had block function send email PHP, please contact hosting provider and try get help from them.
I just was on the a call with godaddy they said everything is fine from their end, there seems to be something wrong with our contact form. Can you test it out that everything is configured properly? I made sure to put [email protected] in all the locations and accounts needed.
I checked the code and it's work good. I'm not sure why you don't receive any emails. Maybe you can switch default form with contact form 7, it's flexible and easy to using.
Please check my screencast and you can see it is work good when I tried. Maybe you can help me with a video so I can understand what not work in your side?
When I submit the contact forum, I don't receive any email.

This page works ok http://shopidd.com/unlimited-trial/?preview_id=616&preview_nonce=2074c3ce0b&_thumbnail_id=-1&preview=true and I receive the email no problem.
