When I try and install the theme in the usual way the zip file I try to install with your theme in results in a WordPress failure notice every time and the theme does not install...?

    Please help or give advice.

    Thanks

    Steven

P.S. It doesn't work via FTP either?? This is very disappointing!

I've now sorted the upload issue - it was a host problem.

I now have a bigger problem!! Please look at this URL: http://www.ea-protemps.co.uk/

I've uploaded the sample data file supplied in the theme folder and what you see is not the same as the demo??

    Have I missed something?

Does this theme actually have Visual Composer?? I purchased it because it said it did. Currently I can't do anything with it. It doesn't load and certainly can't build on theme using it. It is basically non existent!?

Please assist ASAP as I'm getting cheesed off!

Why so slow in replying too - my first post was over 3 hours ago??

    Hi,

We always provide support within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. When you created your ticket it not in our support time so you will need wait until we're online.

You can download the visual composer latest version in attached file and replace js_composer folder in wp-content/plugins/ with new one.

Thanks - Apologies was having a nightmare!

I've set the theme up and am editing it accordingly.

    2 problems...

    1. The background image in the top part of the site doesn't seem to respond as the demo does in mobile or even desktop really - can you have a look and advise what is going wrong? http://www.ea-protemps.co.uk

    2. When I amend the button text in VC for "Featured works" section from "Go to website" to say "Get in touch" it doesn't amend the button text...that always says "Go Website" - is this a bug as I can't find the relevant file to edit this if hardcoded in FTP nor can I find where this text "Go Website" is coming from in WordPress theme.

    Regards

    Steven

    Hi,

    1. Please try using home page template instead home page fixed template.

    2. You can change this text in:

    themes\epic-jellythemes\inc\functions.shortcodes.php

    Hi

    1. Hasn't seem to solved the issue. Slider title and sub text seem to be to high now and not central like demo. Also if you check the mobile 320 breakpoint it is way up the screen and behind the nav header. Can you advise a fix?

    2. This has worked - thanks.

    Regards

    Hi,

This not the problem with response, it's the way it will work. The reason here because the full height image in all screen, so the image will crop vertically instead horizontally.

To crop horizontally it will make the image not full height.

Sorry I'm not sure you understood my question. It's not to do with the image - it's to do with the placement of the text overlaid on the image. It should be centre as is with demo surely???

    Hi,

I see it's center like my demo. I don't know where the error, maybe you can provide the image with the error in your screen.

    Hi,

If they're using an IE version lower than version 9, so we can't provide support for it. We just support for IE version from 9 or higher.

Hi again - they are using chrome - I think it's something to do with screen resolution size. Maybe test in chrome at different screen resolutions and see how it performs?
