Hello, I am trying to set up the One Page Setup of the EPIC theme and now have the menu and the sample content etc. ready (I am developing on local host).  Now I wanted to edit the pages that I set up following the instructions of the One Page Setup for example the about us section (as attached as nº1). When I visit my site and see the sample content (attachement nº2), but when I enter in pages and "about us" I do not see the page structure (attchement nº3). How can i edit these pages? Clicking on visual composer he asks me to buy the full version.

Thanks for your help - Fabian

Hi, I am quite new to WP and I develop the site on localhost. So I am not sure but understand that I cannot share the access with you right? Regarding the VC license I went to the VC tab and Product Licence and tried to activate it, but they always tell me that no license has been found. What can I do please? Thanks!

    Hi,

Well, if you working in localhost, it's restriction to provide support for you. I will try follow the problem to try help you figure it out.

First, the visual composer not need active if you purchase a theme include it. You can download visual composer 5.0 in attached file and follow the steps to update it:

    Theme And Plugin Update

Update it in your website in localhost and see if it's working or not. Maybe you can try use wordpress 4.6.1 to test it? You can get the wordpress 4.6.1 in here:

Hi, I tried everything but it still does not work. If I go for example to the About us section and edit with Visual Composer I get the picture in the first attachment. The frontend editor does not work at all.I just see the VC icon loading. I go to plugins to update it (attachment 2), but it takes me to the shop where I can buy the VC (attachment 3). Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

I can help you update visual composer in your website, I had attached visual composer plugin with version 5.0 and it's work good in my side with wordpress 4.6.1.

I think you not update visual composer so it not work such as you want. When you update visual composer to 5.0, then click to Backend Editor, you can see the structure like you want.

Like my replied, I can help you update visual composer, please provide wplogin, website url and ftp information in private reply.

For the visual composer license, please check our article below:

Hi again, to be honest I would love tu return this theme. I have worked on 2 other Wordpress sites on local host and never had these problems. Still do not get it running. I tried everything, but when clicking on the backend VC I see all the elements I can add to the site but there are not clickable. I deleted the pages and tried to create new ones with VC but as I can not add elements it is impossible. I updated the theme, changed to WP 4.6.1. etc. but nothing works. Please give me a refund. This is just nit what I was looking for and does not work for me. Sorry!

Hi, I understand that as long as I develop on local host I can not give you online access correct? The problem is that we have this current page running and we have to avoid downtimes. Therefore I am developing the new page on local host. How could I develop "online" to give you access without blocking the actual domain? Could you help?

    Hi,

If you have control server. You can create an subfolder to install new wordpress site.

When you go to file manager -> public_html -> your all files in your main site then create new subfolder call test then install wordpress in it and give me the wplogin for this site.

I will try upload my package and import demo data for you. Is it ok?
