Now when I try to set-up and put my content, it doesn't work and I hove no idea why not. None of your screenshots and explanations are similar with my screen... (view in attachment).
You can find the documentation by going to ThemeForest > Account > Downloads > All Files & Documentation.
Now in order to create pages correctly please go to Pages > create a new Page > select Template https://tppr.me/ivRGp. Now create another page and select Parent https://tppr.me/o2w1H. This is the page where you need to edit the page content by using WPBakery.

2. Start Editing the page.
3. Since the page you edited is a child page, in order to see any change you need to go to it's parent page or http://bain-marie.agency/accueil/. Here's how it looks like with changes you made: https://tppr.me/Il3vN

Well I understand better now with the parent page etc.
But, I still have the problem everything is white on white with WPBakery + I can't edit the tabs (view my screenshot)
We are sorry for the delay.
Please don't use Front-End Edit more. The theme only supports the back-end edit more.

Thanks, I'm mostly all good. Last question (I hope), how can I edit the footer ?
I would like to remove the adress, the phone and the newsletter form. In attachment, something I would like to have as a footer.
Please go to Themes > Editor > footer.php > comment columns you want like this: see attach.
