Can I just give you my credentials to log into the backend as your english writing is terrible and doesn't make any sense?  I have been working with your support for three weeks and nobody can communicate this properly.  I have worked with other theme companies and the standard theme usually works out of the box,  this experience has been the worst experience I have ever had to just get your theme to work like your demo theme without any customization.

+ In you current site: http://www.shopidd.com/, I can reset it to import demo data you want?

yes if you can do that it would be great,  as I am used to the data already being part of a theme when you activate it.  I am willing to start right from the beginning if that has to happen.   I just want the theme to look exactly like http://www.jellythemes.com/themes/epicwp/multipage-home/ then I can start editing.  From the start this was never the case and the theme was difficult to work with since it did not resemble anything close to what I expected from the demo.
